Ancelloti: It’s really over for Ronaldo

Carlo Ancelotti had an interview with Corriere Dello Sport, where he talked about a few Juve related topics.

On the Super League

“I’m not happy when business kills sporting merit, you have to be harsh with those who make debts and harder with those who don’t pay them off.”

“I am against those who do not pay wages, those who spend much more than what they collect. But if the owner of a club wants to put his own money to fix the club’s accounts, he must be left free to intervene.”

Excluding Juve and Milan from the Champions League?

“I don’t think Uefa can do that. It would penalize the fans and the players, it would be a huge injustice. It is an aspect to be treated with white gloves. Why punish fans who have nothing to do with it? And how would the TVs take it?”

Is Cristiano Ronaldo ‘finished’?

“How many goals has he scored this year? In the league he scored 27 goals, so yes, it’s really over for him (laughs).”

Szczęsny to Everton?

“I already have a goalkeeper, it’s Pickford.”
