Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart has secured the future services of midfielder Nikolas Nartey, announcing his contract extension. The Danish player, who has been with the club since 2019 and has made 37 appearances across all competitions this season, has extended his commitment to the team until June 30, 2028.
VfB’s sporting director, Fabian Wohlgemuth, expressed his delight at the renewal. «Nikolas Nartey’s journey at VfB has, as is well known, been far from easy for a long time due to injuries. We are all the more pleased that Niko has developed into a stable and important factor within our team in recent months,» Wohlgemuth stated. «Niko can provide important impetus for our game in various positions, which is why the new contract extension was a logical step for us.»
Nartey also shared his enthusiasm for continuing his career in Stuttgart. «I feel very comfortable at VfB.
