Tacchinardi on Frattesi: "Now he must be decisive"
Alessio Tacchinardi has analyzed Davide Frattesi's transfer from Inter to Lazio, stating that while the midfielder has a goal-scoring potential of 6-7 goals per season, he will need to take on significantly greater responsibilities in Rome.
Davide Frattesi's move from Inter to Lazio continues to be a prominent topic in the transfer market. During a Sportmediaset program dedicated to the Coppa Italia's Round of 32, Alessio Tacchinardi commented on the midfielder's new chapter with the Biancocelesti.
The former Juventus player views Frattesi as a valuable asset who can provide a significant contribution, including in terms of scoring. However, Tacchinardi believes that the change of team will entail different responsibilities compared to his time at Inter.
"Davide Frattesi is a strong player, he has 6-7 goals in his legs per season," said the former Bianconero, as reported by Tmw.
Frattesi's runs into space can be a weapon for Lazio
One of the midfielder's key strengths is his ability to attack open spaces and support offensive plays, a characteristic that frequently positions him in goal-scoring areas.
At Lazio, however, Frattesi will not only be expected to contribute in this manner. According to Tacchinardi, he will need to assume a greater role in the team's balance and become one of the players capable of making a difference.
Tacchinardi: "Now he must be decisive"
The move from Inter to Lazio, therefore, represents an important test for Frattesi in terms of his personality and leadership, according to the former midfielder.
"He's putting himself to the test at Lazio; he's no longer a young player joining an excellent team, but someone who must be decisive," Tacchinardi added. "He has a different responsibility; it's a different game compared to what he did at Inter. I'm curious to see what he will do in Rome."
