Ivan Zazzaroni, writing for `Corriere dello Sport`, shares his thoughts on Igor Tudor`s debut as Juventus coach in tonight`s match (6:00 PM) against Genoa at the Stadium. He states, “I am very curious to see the first Juventus under Igor Tudor, a team I imagine will be quite different from Thiago`s, or rather, Thiagos` teams. A team of complete disruption, both tactically and philosophically (forgive the hyperbolic term), destined to fuel comparisons, further discussions, more ideological battles, and new player evaluations. Numerous destinies are tied to the next nine games. Of course, I may make mistakes (and you will `correct` me if so), but I feel quite confident about the 3-4-2-1 formation. Tudor`s history and the limited time he has had available leave little room for invention.”
He continues, “It`s as if Juve is starting from scratch today; as if nine months and over two hundred million in the transfer market are being put to the test on the field. The external examining board is a coach light-years away from his predecessor. Tudor presented himself with humility, despite not being humble, and he has a less complicated understanding of relationships with those he coaches.”
