StefanoSarais-i9c: It wouldn`t be a miracle, but more like confirmation of the damage Tiago Motta did to Juve. While Douglas Luiz has had injuries, Motta often benched him even when he was fit. Tudor seems very prepared and intelligent, capable of making the most of good players – we`re in good hands. Unfortunately, despite the enthusiasm the new coach is generating, I`m worried about Giuntoli and his eagerness to buy and sell, which could cause more harm. While he`s skilled in negotiations and player selection, he seems to lack the intellectual honesty that makes for the best leaders. What happened this year was predictable. Even playing at lower levels teaches you that team cohesion is essential. A team can`t be built on paper like a sticker collection. Players need to know each other intimately and function as a well-oiled machine. When you rip out roots, nothing good grows, and it takes a long time to rebuild. Is it possible that people paid millions made such mistakes? I hope Giuntoli was a victim of Motta and will act differently now. I`m not an Allegri fan, I support every Juve coach, but he was right about one thing: some people need to complicate their lives unnecessarily, and I think Motta and Giuntoli are like that.
