Vieri: «I’ll Judge Spalletti Next Year, When It’s His Season»

Christian Vieri, the former Juventus attacker, has shared his perspective on the current situation of the team and its coach, Luciano Spalletti. With Juventus currently outside the Champions League qualification zone, questions have naturally arisen regarding Spalletti’s impact and his ability to turn the team’s fortunes around.

Responding to inquiries about whether Spalletti bears responsibility for the team’s struggles or is failing to revive Juventus, Vieri offered a cautious outlook. He asserted that his full assessment of the coach would be reserved until the upcoming season, implying that the current period might not be fully representative of Spalletti’s long-term influence.

«I will evaluate Spalletti next year, when it is truly his season,» Vieri stated, indicating a preference to judge the coach based on a period where he has had ample time and opportunity to implement his vision fully and without immediate legacy pressures.
