Torino Approaches €400 Million in Transfer Gains, Bremer Sale to Juventus a Highlight

Torino FC, the city rival of Juventus under the ownership of Urbano Cairo, is actively participating in the transfer market.

The recent official announcement confirms the sale of midfielder Samuele Ricci to Milan. This deal, valued at approximately €25 million including bonuses, is expected to generate a profit exceeding €19 million for Torino. According to financial reports, this latest transaction brings Torino`s total capital gains from player sales during the Cairo era to €375 million. With the summer transfer window just beginning, the club is on track to surpass the €400 million mark in accumulated profits from player trading.

Over the years, up to 2024, these capital gains have significantly contributed to Torino`s revenue. Under Urbano Cairo`s management, player trading has become a crucial financial pillar for the club. This strategy is particularly underscored by the sale of Gleison Bremer to Juventus, which generated €37.3 million, representing the highest single profit ever recorded by Torino from a player transfer.
