The precautionary order issued as part of a branch of the extensive investigation into football fan groups (curve), which today led to seven further arrests, also mentions a “relationship existing between prominent exponents of the Inter Nord curve leadership,” including Antonio Bellocco, a `ndrangheta member killed last September by former Inter ultra leader Andrea Beretta, “and the Inter club itself.”
According to reports from ANSA, the investigative documents reveal that Bellocco allegedly worked to ensure the presence of Inter Vice-President, Javier Zanetti, at an event of interest to the business activities of Davide Scarfone. Scarfone was arrested today and is considered linked to Bellocco by the investigations.
