Stephane Dalmat, in an interview with News.Superscommesse.it, shared his thoughts on Italian football, particularly Juventus`s season and the possibility of Roberto Mancini becoming their next coach.
Following Thiago Motta`s dismissal, Igor Tudor was appointed. Looking ahead to next season, Roberto Mancini is being considered for the Juventus job. Dalmat believes Mancini would be an excellent choice.
“Yes, absolutely,” Dalmat stated. “He is a very experienced coach, has won a lot with different clubs, and led the Italian national team to victory in the European Championship. Mancini could be the right person for Juventus to start changing things.”
Dalmat added, “Mancini has proven himself to be a great coach, as well as a great player.”
Regarding Juventus`s current situation, Dalmat commented, “I`m not fully aware of the club`s internal issues, but when a coach is sacked mid-season, it indicates things haven`t been going well. It`s hard to say how much Thiago Motta was at fault and how much the players were. However, I believe the team wants to finish the season as strongly as possible, and for the future, Mancini could be the right coaching choice for Juventus.”
