Serie C, Sporting Judge: One Day Suspension for Gil Puche

Following the conclusion of the 19th matchday of the Serie C return fixtures, the Sporting Judge has announced disciplinary actions. Victor De Lucia of Foggia has been suspended for two matches. This decision was made because, at the end of the game, he entered the field of play and attempted to headbutt an opponent, although he did not make contact (the individual was a reserve player).

A one-match suspension was handed to Filippo Damian (Casertana), Alessandro Citi and Javier Gil Puche (Juventus Next Gen), Gregorio Tanco (Legnago Salus), Edoardo Blondet (Sorrento), Rodrigo De Ciancio (Picerno), Melvyn Remy (Campobasso), Agostino Camigliano (Foggia), Cristian Padula and Luciano Peluso (Giugliano), Matteo Montebugnoli (Sestri Levante), and Alessandro Malomo (Trapani).

Additionally, several clubs were issued fines:

  • CAVESE: € 1,200.00 – Fined for supporter misconduct including chanting offensive slogans against law enforcement, displaying an unauthorized banner, and throwing flares onto the field.
  • ASCOLI: € 700.00 – Fined because supporters threw three medium-intensity firecrackers onto the field during the match.
  • ACR MESSINA: € 300.00 – Fined due to supporters chanting offensive slogans against football institutions during a minute of silence.
  • CARPI: € 300.00 – Fined for supporters displaying a large, unauthorized banner containing offensive language towards football institutions.
  • SPAL: € 300.00 – Fined as supporters chanted offensive slogans against football institutions during a minute of silence.
