Ravezzani: “Tudor hasn’t brought significant benefit, regardless of affiliations”

Speaking on TMW Radio, journalist Fabio Ravezzani commented on recent developments at Juventus. Here are his remarks:

Was extending Tudor`s contract with Juve the right move?
I don`t know. Comolli arrives and confirms Tudor, who seemed on the verge of being sacked just a month ago. To me, it confirms that Juve is operating without a clear plan. Tudor, regardless of any club ties, hasn`t brought any significant benefit. He doesn`t seem like the right coach for a top Juventus side.

What will happen with Vlahovic?
It`s a very complicated situation. It originated from a blunder by Arrivabene, signing a contract where his salary increases every year. It`s truly an amateurish operation, spread over 5 years. Who could have foreseen the current state of Italian football? Vlahovic is in a psychological crisis; he`s not a phenomenon, but he`s not this bad either. Internationally, no one is strongly pursuing him, and it`s plausible that a club like Milan would consider signing him for a low fee. If he wants to invest in his own development, he should look to leave. Otherwise, if the financial aspect is dominant, he will stay. I believe his crisis this year is clearly psychological and relates to his character. He had highs and lows even at Fiorentina.

What else do you think?
I read that Comolli apparently plans to rely on data to understand injury numbers and act accordingly. But what club today doesn`t track injury lists and work on them? Doing certain things at Toulouse is one thing; doing them at Juve is another. At Juve, you have to win something. I see Juventus as the major ailing team in Italian football.
