`Ghisolfi and I will choose together. We will present a list of potential candidates to the president, and he will make the final decision. The fans` opinion is important, but we know that fans appreciate those who do well for Roma. Even if a coach isn`t immediately popular, results will ultimately matter. However, I believe the chosen name will be well-received. Whoever comes knows they must perform well. Roma aims high and understands that we cannot make extravagant signings for the next two transfer windows. Anyone taking the job needs to be aware of this. I will communicate our expectations and how we need to support and assist the new coach. If I were to stay as coach, we would lose a year. I am not Roma`s future. Whoever comes must be the future of Roma.`
