Соответствующий законопроект был внесен в Государственную Думу лидером ЛДПР Леонидом Слуцким.

Согласно инициативе, региональные власти получат право определять меры поддержки для таких предприятий, включая компенсацию арендной платы или предоставление корпоративной ипотеки. Слуцкий подчеркивает, что обеспечение молодых специалистов собственным жильем и достойными условиями жизни является ключевым фактором для их удержания в регионах.

Парламентарий считает важным поощрять бизнес, активно участвующий в решении жилищных проблем своих работников различными способами.

State Support Proposed for Companies Providing Employee Housing

A new legislative initiative proposes state support for companies that assist their employees with housing solutions.

LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky has submitted a corresponding bill to the State Duma.

Under this proposal, regional authorities would gain the power to define specific support measures for such enterprises. These measures could encompass financial assistance like rent compensation or the facilitation of corporate mortgage programs. Slutsky highlighted the critical importance of providing young professionals with stable housing and quality living conditions as a means to retain them in Russia’s provincial regions.

The parliamentarian underscored the necessity of incentivizing businesses that actively engage in resolving their workers’ housing challenges through various innovative approaches.
