The Municipality of Parma has issued an ordinance detailing traffic modifications and regulations for the match between Parma 1913 and Juventus scheduled for April 23, 2025, at 18:30.
The provisions are as follows:
Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 00:00 to 24:00 (or until requirements cease):
North exchange parking lot – Largo Maestà del Taglio: Parking ban with forced removal, except for private vehicles of visiting fans, throughout the square.
From 09:00 to 23:00 (or until requirements cease):
Parking ban on both sides with forced removal for the following street sections:

Via Puccini
Via Pezzani

Excluded from the transit ban are residents in the restricted area who show a courtesy pass or identity document (subject to the discretion of the Public Order Service Official), Police, Public Assistance, and Rescue vehicles, home assistance vehicles, TEP SpA vehicles designated for local fan transport, taxis, bicycles, mopeds, buses of the two football clubs involved, and vehicles with special permits (national disabled category).

Ban on Alcohol, Glass, and Cans:
Also in effect for the 2024-2025 season is a ban on alcohol, glass, and cans in the three hours preceding and one hour following all football matches held at the “Ennio Tardini” stadium. For reasons of safety and public order, the following has been decreed:
– Ban on the sale, administration, and consumption of beverages with an alcohol content exceeding 5°, in containers of any kind or material, with the sole exception of administration at tables served with meals only for establishments with seating;
– Ban on the sale and administration of beverages of any kind in glass or aluminum can containers (providing for the sale and administration in paper or plastic containers instead).
These bans are valid within the perimeter defined by the following streets (included): via Zarotto, via Montebello, via Bizzozero, via Solferino, viale Partigiani d’Italia, viale Martiri della Libertà.
Non-compliance with these provisions is subject to monetary penalties of up to 500 euros.
