Former Juventus sporting director, Fabio Paratici, has a verbal agreement to join Milan in the same role. According to reports from `Corriere della Sera`, the contract is yet to be signed as Milan seeks to protect itself due to the ongoing `Prisma` investigation, which could lead to a criminal conviction for Paratici.
To this end, Milan wants to include a clause in the agreement that would allow them to terminate the contract with Paratici if he is indeed found guilty. Negotiations are underway between the parties to reach a definitive agreement.
