New Juve Kit, Crosetti Critical: “Because Style Is Also A Matter of Taste…”

La Repubblica journalist Maurizio Crosetti has criticized the new Juventus kit. He stated, “`Because style is also a matter of taste. Here is the ugliest black and white shirt of all time, for one of the worst Juventuses of all time.`”

Juventus and adidas today unveiled the new Home Kit for the 2025/26 season. It is described as a “revolutionary” kit, featuring a reinterpretation and shift of the iconic black and white stripes, finished with timeless pink accents.

The new Home kit reportedly embodies the essence of Juventus` identity, paying homage to the Club`s glorious history while embracing the youthful spirit that defines it. The philosophy, “We Are Youth. Since 1897,” is said to define an ever-evolving identity. This spirit is reportedly fully present in the 2025/26 Home Kit, which sees the classic black and white stripes reinterpreted with a new revolutionary and innovative design featuring varying levels of thickness, with a nod to Italian fashion aesthetics.

Pink details are visible on the Club badge, the adidas logo, and the three stripes running along the shoulders, paying tribute to the Club`s historical roots.

Designed for high performance and to help players perform confidently under pressure, these lightweight jerseys incorporate the latest adidas technology and were developed in close collaboration with players throughout the process.

The on-field version of the shirt is made with HEAT.RDY technology, which uses advanced materials to maximize airflow, providing players with a feeling of freshness. The fan version features AEROREADY technology, designed to absorb or wick away sweat to keep the body dry.

Completing the look is the return of the TEAMGEIST collar, a design originally worn by teams during the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

Both the on-field and fan versions are available starting today in Juventus Stores in Turin, Milan, and Rome, and in the official Online Store.
