Napoli Prefer Foreign Sale for Osimhen, Not Juventus

Napoli is reportedly more inclined to sell star striker Victor Osimhen to a foreign club rather than to Italian rivals Juventus. This preference exists despite the possibility that Juventus might offer a higher sum for the Nigerian international`s transfer fee.

Sources indicate that Osimhen`s €75 million release clause is not valid for clubs within Italy. Consequently, Juventus would be required to enter into direct negotiations with Napoli to secure the player, potentially driving the final transfer fee well above the clause amount. Nevertheless, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis is said to be unwilling to strengthen a domestic competitor like Juventus and would instead prefer to sell Osimhen to a club in the Premier League or Saudi Arabia.
