Milan Seeks New Sporting Director: Tare, D’Amico, and Manna Considered

`Milan

After the halt in negotiations with Fabio Paratici, due to his sporting ban until July 20th, Milan is once again searching for a sporting director to better plan for the upcoming season. The Rossoneri are evaluating several profiles to fill this crucial role.

Igli Tare has re-emerged as a leading candidate. Already close to Milan in the past, the former Lazio sporting director boasts extensive knowledge of Italian football, having played in Serie A for seven years and spent fifteen years as a manager for Lazio. His experience in managing limited budgets and in talent scouting makes him an interesting option for the club.

Another name on the list is Tony D`Amico, the current Atalanta sporting director. D`Amico has significantly contributed to the recent successes of the Bergamo team, demonstrating skills in building competitive squads. However, being under contract, any negotiations would require caution and respect for existing contractual dynamics.

Giovanni Manna, currently linked with Napoli, is also among the profiles being considered. Despite some preliminary contacts, his contractual situation with the Partenopei club could represent an obstacle in negotiations.

The choice of the new sporting director will be decisive in outlining Milan`s future strategies, including the selection of the next coach and the planning of market moves. The Rossoneri management is aware of the importance of this decision and is carefully evaluating every option to guarantee a solid and competitive future for the club.
