Milan has announced that Mike Maignan underwent specialist examinations today which excluded any complications following a head injury. The Rossoneri`s first-choice goalkeeper, who rested until today after a head trauma sustained in a collision during the match against Udinese, is expected to gradually resume training in the coming days.
