Mattia Perin Seeks Juventus Exit After Limited Role

According to reports from Gazzetta, goalkeeper Mattia Perin has requested to leave Juventus. This decision follows a season where his playing time was significantly limited, making only 9 appearances across all competitions – far below his expectations. After several years at the club, having first arrived in 2018 and returning in 2021 after a spell at Genoa, Perin is looking for a fresh start with the goal of becoming a first-choice goalkeeper again.

Perin has received interest from clubs in Turkey, but he is reportedly taking his time to evaluate his options. His main priority is securing a move to a team that can offer him a guaranteed starting position. Recently, contact was made with Marco Landucci, assistant to Massimiliano Allegri, potentially exploring a move to AC Milan, although this possibility is contingent on Mike Maignan`s future at the club. Within Italy, Como and Bologna are also listed among the teams showing interest in the Italian goalkeeper.
