Domenico Marocchino, a former Juventus midfielder, shared his thoughts on TMW Radio during the program `Maracanà`. He commented on Kenan Yildiz, Juventus` number 10, with statements reported by TMW colleagues.
Marocchino stated, “Soulé is like a less fast Berardi, while Yildiz is quick but not on the same level as Totti or Del Piero in terms of inspiration. Their physical development will be crucial for their qualitative growth. They don`t excite me as much as Dybala did at a young age. What bothers me about Yildiz is that he often misses the simple passes. For me, they are comparable.”
He continued, “Pogba was signed by Manchester United at 19, and after just a few games, you could tell he was going to be strong because he combined technical skills with physical attributes. With these two [Yildiz and Soulé], there are significant question marks about this aspect. McTominay, for example, is a great player. It`s one thing to be a starter and have the opportunity to play consistently, regardless of performance, and another to have few chances. To be honest, neither Roma nor Juve has a lot of competition in those roles.”
