Roma midfielder Manuela Giugliano discussed her aspirations with the Italian national team after being recognized as the best female player of the past season at the Women4football awards. She stated, “I long to achieve something with Italy. If I win, I will retire even if I am young. Am I serious? We`ll see, maybe I`ll reconsider. However, these awards are important; it means I manage to convey something to people.“
