Juventus continues to closely monitor Giovanni Leoni, the promising 2006-born central defender currently with Parma. Reports from `Calciomercato.com` indicate that Juventus`s football director, Cristiano Giuntoli, intends to intensify discussions with the Ducali club regarding the potential acquisition of the young player.
Parma has reportedly placed a valuation of 15 million euros on Leoni. The Turin-based club is not alone in their pursuit, as they face competition from Serie A rivals Inter, as well as interest from several clubs in both the English Premier League and Spain`s La Liga.
