MILAN, April 20 – “It`s hard to explain what`s happening to us. Sometimes we play well and don`t win, other times we play poorly and we win. I don`t have an explanation,” said Rafa Leao after the defeat against Atalanta.
“Since Conceicao arrived, we have often managed to come back in matches where we were behind, but we don`t always succeed. Today was a strange game: we could have scored, we started the second half with more determination, but they managed to score on a counter-attack, and it ended like that.”
“Now we have a very important match on Wednesday and we must put everything into winning, going to the final and bringing joy to all the fans,” the Portuguese player stated. “This season is very difficult. We will try to give everything in the derby. We must go into it with the right desire to win. And then get it into our heads that it is a competition to win.”
