Ruud Krol, a former footballer, shared his views on the upcoming match between Parma and Napoli on Stile TV. This game is significant for the `Azzurri` in their pursuit of the Scudetto. Here are his thoughts:
“Napoli is having a good season. After last year`s disaster, to see the same team leading the table means exceptional work has been done. In these final matches, Napoli must play without fear; they must go for the win. Parma is dangerous; they always play better against big teams and need points to secure their survival, but Napoli has more quality.
Napoli faces two crucial games, so everyone must give 200%, demonstrating both quality and mentality. I regret that we didn`t win the Scudetto when I was at Napoli. Napoli lacks a suitable backup for Lobotka because when he`s not playing or is injured, no one can truly replace him.
In today`s football, there`s no player quite like me, partly because the game itself has changed. I would easily play in a 3-5-2 formation because I was very versatile, but there seems to be less overall quality in football today. There`s a bit of a lack of enjoyment, and that`s unfortunate because I`ve always believed fans go to the stadium to have fun.”
