Juventus’s Striker Search Hinges on Vlahovic Sale, Targets Osimhen, Gyokeres, David

Juventus`s pursuit of new forwards is contingent on the future of Dusan Vlahovic. According to reports, a significant striker signing under coach Tudor would only happen if the Serbian departs.

Vlahovic`s situation is delicate: his net salary will be 12 million euros annually from July 1st until his contract expires in June 2026. He is reportedly no longer part of the technical project, despite Tudor having previously spoken highly of him. The club has informed Vlahovic he is available for transfer, with a request around 20 million euros. However, potential suitors are reportedly hesitant due to the striker`s high wages.

Should Vlahovic be sold, Juve aims to invest in a pure `number 9`. The primary target remains Viktor Gyokeres, but this is highly complicated due to English competition. Arsenal is reportedly preparing a move for the Sporting forward, who is said to be at odds with his club over unfulfilled promises regarding a transfer. The Gunners are ready to offer over 60 million euros, a sum currently beyond Juve`s reach.

Another major target is Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian continues to resist offers from Saudi Arabia`s Al Hilal, preferring to remain in Europe at a high level. His 75 million euro release clause, valid for foreign clubs, is the starting point for negotiations between Napoli and Juve. The Bianconeri might consider including players liked by Antonio Conte, such as Gatti or Cambiaso, as part of a deal.

Finally, Jonathan David, the Canadian forward whose contract with Lille is expiring, remains on the Bianconeri`s shortlist as a potential free agent signing.
