Juventus Women: 17 Players Called Up for International Duty

Seventeen Juventus Women first-team players have been called up by their national teams for the upcoming international break.

JUVENTUS WOMEN: NATIONAL TEAM CALL-UPS

FIRST TEAM

CANADA – 1 player (Proulx): The Canadian national team will play two home friendlies against Argentina in Vancouver and Victoria.

DENMARK – 1 player (Vangsgaard): Denmark will participate in two UEFA Women`s Nations League matches. They will face Wales in Cardiff and Italy in Herning, in a derby featuring many Juventus players.

FRANCE – 1 player (Peyraud-Magnin): The French national team has two UEFA Women`s Nations League games scheduled: against Switzerland (with Viola Calligaris) and Norway (with Mathilde Harviken).

GERMANY – 1 player (Krumbiegel): The German national team will play two UEFA Women`s Nations League matches against Scotland, first away in Dundee and then at home in Wolfsburg.

ITALY – 8 players (Beccari, Bergamaschi, Boattin, Cantore, Girelli, Lenzini, Salvai, Schatzer): The Italian national team will play two away matches in Scandinavia for the UEFA Women`s Nations League: against Sweden (with Hanna Bennison and Emma Kullberg) in Solna and against Denmark (with Amalie Vangsgaard) in Herning.

NORWAY – 1 player (Harviken): The Norwegian national team will play one away game against Iceland in Reykjavik and one home game against France in Oslo in the UEFA Women`s Nations League.

SWEDEN – 2 players (Bennison, Kullberg): Sweden will host two UEFA Women`s Nations League matches in Solna and Goteborg against Italy and Wales respectively.

SWITZERLAND – 1 player (Calligaris): The Swiss national team will play France in San Gallo and Iceland in Reykjavik, both matches are part of the UEFA Women`s Nations League.

USA U23 – 1 player (Brighton): Abigail Brighton has been called up for a training camp in California with the USA Under 23 national team. There are no matches scheduled.
