Are you happy with the match? What’s your first impression after this important win for Juventus?

“Yes, I'm really happy, obviously, especially with the good result. Winning at home is always positive. No football match is simple; I think we did quite well. We knew it would be a tough game, and I believe we performed well. Naturally, I’m very pleased to have scored my first goal. Overall, it was a good evening for me.”

How important is scoring your first goal for a striker like you? How can this goal help you?

“Honestly, you can play well as much as you want, but for a striker, scoring goals is always the most crucial thing. This will help me settle in and build self-confidence. I’m very happy and thank my teammate for letting me take the penalty.”

What are your impressions of Italian football and Serie A? How difficult is this type of football for you?

“Well, yes, obviously everything is very new now. We are in a new country again, with a new language. I don't speak Italian yet and have had to find a new apartment; for now, I’m in a hotel, so I learn something new every week. I’m still not satisfied with how I’m playing; I want to keep improving, and then I believe I can help the team.”

“Yes, I'm obviously very happy. Playing for Germany is always great; it's a big nation with strong players, so clearly, I’m very happy and excited to see all the new faces too. But first, there's an important match on Sunday, and then I'll think about the national team, so I'm excited.”
