The future of Zion Suzuki continues to be a focal point for PSG, Parma, and Juventus. The 23-year-old Japanese goalkeeper, whose contract with Parma extends until 2029, is reportedly nearing a €35 million transfer to Paris, including bonuses. However, a unique aspect of this deal is the potential for an immediate loan move to Juventus for one season.
This arrangement would allow Juventus to secure a new goalkeeper for Luciano Spalletti without a significant upfront financial commitment.
Suzuki's Doubts Regarding a Juventus Loan
The proposed loan structure, however, has apparently caused some hesitation for the player. Suzuki is seeking clarity on his long-term prospects. On one hand, PSG is willing to invest around €35 million for his acquisition but is prepared to send him elsewhere immediately. On the other hand, Juventus considers him a key target for their goalkeeping position but, for financial reasons, may not be in a position to purchase him directly from Parma.
