Federico Gatti: Juventus Defender Linked to Marseille and Hull City Amidst Valuation Concerns

However, the €25 million valuation set by Juventus is proving to be a significant obstacle for the French club. Hull City is also reportedly monitoring the defender's situation.

Marseille's renewed focus on Serie A for defensive reinforcements has led them to identify Federico Gatti. While OM has inquired about the player's status, no official offer has been made. The primary stumbling block is Juventus's asking price of approximately €25 million, a sum deemed too high by Marseille.

Marseille Needs Defensive Rebuilding

The search for a new center-back has become a priority for Marseille following several departures during the transfer window. With Facundo Medina already leaving and Nayef Aguerd and Leonardo Balerdi also potentially on the move, there's a risk of losing quality, experience, and leadership in the defensive unit simultaneously. Juventus Unwilling to Offer Discounts
