According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus is considering an interim coach for the remainder of this season. This approach would allow the club to keep open the option of hiring either Antonio Conte (currently at Napoli) or Stefano Pioli (currently at Al-Nassr) for the next summer season.
The mission for the interim coach would be intense but short: nine league games and, for now, no Club World Cup. Juventus hopes to participate in the Club World Cup with the coach they will choose for the 2025-26 season.
Giuntoli has started talks with Roberto Mancini, seen as the most experienced and successful option. Mancini has shown interest in a 4-month contract, with an automatic renewal for the following season if Juventus achieves the goal of fourth place, which guarantees Champions League qualification.
