Guerini: “Giuntoli? Sappiamo cosa significa essere alla Juve, non mi sembra che abbia lasciato grandi tracce”

Vincenzo Guerini, speaking on Radio Firenze Viola, offered his perspective on the potential arrival of Cristiano Giuntoli. Guerini stated, “I believe he has had his time; sometimes it`s necessary to change and introduce fresh ideas, otherwise things become tiresome. A change might be needed given the many years. Hearing Giuntoli`s name concerns me because he declared he`s been a Juventus fan since childhood. And he didn`t perform exceptionally well there. I would be cautious; we know what it means to come from Juventus, and it doesn`t seem to me that he left a significant mark. In my opinion, presenting himself this way to the public in Florence wouldn`t be ideal. I have always advocated for Sartori, who has consistently brought success to his clubs, and we should choose people like that.”
