Gravina emphasized the critical need to return to fundamental exercises, such as off-the-ball movement, ball control, passing, and dribbling. «I see far too many training sessions without the ball,» he stated, criticizing current methodologies that he believes prioritize excessive tactics and immediate results over the essential development of core technical skills.
