Giacomo Bonaventura Retires: «I No Longer Feel the Fire Within»

Giacomo Bonaventura has officially announced his retirement from professional football. The decision comes after a distinguished career during which the former midfielder made 380 appearances and scored 64 goals in Serie A, playing for Atalanta, AC Milan, and Fiorentina. Bonaventura explained his choice, stating, «When you no longer feel that burning passion, it means it’s time to stop.» Throughout his career, he also proudly represented the Italian national team on 18 occasions.
