Gautieri also commented on the situation surrounding the transfer of Kvaratskhelia, suggesting that perhaps “something didn`t work out” regarding the player`s sale. However, he credited Conte for demonstrating skill in managing to “compensate for this deficiency.”
Turning to the Scudetto race, when asked about his favorite, Gautieri admitted, “It`s truly difficult today, really.” He then highlighted Inter Milan, stating, “Inter has a very important squad, and I don`t see their match against Roma as being particularly prohibitive.”
