Journalist Daniele Garbo commented on Moise Kean`s excellent season on TMW Radio`s “Maracanà” program.
Regarding Kean`s growth at Fiorentina, Garbo stated:
“I cannot understand how someone like him was allowed to leave Juventus. This is the most blatant mistake made by Giuntoli in terms of outgoings. He has found a special chemistry with the environment and is performing at his best.”
When asked about the protagonist of the day, Garbo replied:
“Kean. The goal he scored was extraordinary. Atalanta was crushed at the Franchi stadium, they never shot on goal, and Fiorentina put on a display of strength.”
On Milan`s potential Champions League exit, he commented:
“Milan needs to consider making tough choices, even regarding untouchable champions. I`m talking about Leao, a player with extraordinary technique but who only makes a difference in two out of ten games, which is too little. The same applies to Theo Hernandez, who may have reached the end of his cycle. If Milan were to part ways with these two to rebuild the team, it would be a fair assessment.”
Regarding the Inter-Napoli Scudetto race:
“Napoli is the real favorite. The recovery of Olivera and Neres has allowed Conte to return to the system that best expresses Napoli`s potential. Inter will have many commitments, and the Scudetto will be decided in the next month. They might pay the price now. However, I wonder: will his position be discussed at the end of the season? But doesn`t he have a three-year contract?”
