Speaking to journalists after the League Assembly held exceptionally at CONI in Rome, Monza`s CEO, Adriano Galliani, briefly stopped to answer questions. Surrounded by AC Milan fans who were cheering for him and calling for his return to the club, the executive commented on the Coppa Italia final between Conceiçao`s men and Bologna taking place that evening. He stated: “Forza Milan… After 31 years at Milan, I can`t change teams, it`s obvious that I will cheer for Milan.”
When asked about Carlo Ancelotti`s appointment as the new coach of Brazil and how he saw the move, Galliani replied: “Very good. I spoke to him, Carletto, and he was very happy. Brazil is the world`s team; when one`s own national team is out of the World Cup, everyone supports Brazil.”
