`Fedele:

According to Enrico Fedele, speaking on TeleA, Antonio Conte nearly faced being sacked by Juventus after pre-season training. This was due to Conte`s desire to function as a manager, influencing player acquisitions, rather than simply as a coach. A contract termination was close, with Massimiliano Allegri potentially stepping in. Conte`s departure was triggered by the club`s failure to secure his requested players. Fedele suggests that if Conte were managing Napoli and a key player like Kvaratskhelia was sold, Conte would have rightfully demanded a replacement.
