According to Telelombardia director Fabio Ravezzani, Inter Milan`s strategy of trying to compete strongly for victory in all four competitions this season has ultimately proven to be a mistake. Speaking on X, Ravezzani pointed to several factors supporting his view, including the team`s exits from the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa.
He also highlighted the compromised position in the league championship and the squad`s low morale leading up to the Champions League semi-final as consequences of this approach. Ravezzani concluded that the season contained simply too many matches, suggesting Inter should have strategically “eased off earlier” in certain competitions rather than pushing to win everything.
