Inter Milan is working towards appointing Cesc Fabregas as the new head coach, following the departure of Simone Inzaghi. This development has been confirmed by Sky Sport journalist Gianluca Di Marzio. According to Di Marzio, the Nerazzurri club has initiated discussions with Cesc Fabregas as a potential candidate to assess the feasibility of bringing him to Milan.
The transfer market expert added that the Spanish coach had previously committed to Como, having turned down offers from clubs like Roma and Bayer Leverkusen, and Como had made significant efforts to secure his services.
While Fabregas is reportedly very interested in this opportunity at Inter, he has not yet given his final consent. Evaluations are currently in progress. The parties involved are expected to hold further discussions soon to continue negotiations.
