According to Sky Sport journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the path for Cesc Fabregas to become Inter Milan`s coach remains complicated. While Inter directors Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio reportedly consider him, the situation is difficult because Fabregas` current club, Como, is reluctant to release him.
These are decisive and busy hours for Inter as they seek a replacement for Simone Inzaghi. Although there were reports of a possible meeting between Ausilio and Fabregas in London, the Spanish coach`s move is largely dependent on him strongly pushing to join the Nerazzurri project.
If a deal for Fabregas ultimately falls through, the most likely alternative, as Di Marzio concludes, is Patrick Vieira, who is favored over Cristian Chivu.
