In a recent interview, former Roma midfielder Gigi Di Biagio shared his thoughts on Roma`s pursuit of a top-four finish in Serie A, which guarantees Champions League qualification. Di Biagio stated, “Roma in fourth place? I hope so, but their schedule is challenging, and despite an incredible comeback, they are still four points behind. Juventus worries me more than Bologna because Juventus has a new coach and seemingly easier matches ahead. This Sunday`s game is crucial.”
Di Biagio also commented on Roma`s tactical approach: “I wouldn`t change their current setup. Soulé has the right qualities, and Baldanzi is also improving. However, I expect more from Pellegrini, who has been underwhelming so far. I also anticipate the midfielders to contribute the five extra goals that Dybala used to provide.”
