Italian cyclist Debora Silvestri suffered a serious fall on the challenging Cipressa descent during the Milano-Sanremo race.
The Italian athlete was involved in the incident alongside two other prominent riders: Polish champion Kasia Niewiadoma and Margaux Vigié.
