Fiorentina goalkeeper David De Gea, in an interview with Repubblica, stated: “I love Italy. The lifestyle, the language, the climate, the food. Serie A is indeed slower, but it involves more tactics and strategy compared to the Premier League, where intensity and pace are much more important.”
Regarding playing with his feet, he added: “I think too much importance is given to this detail. It matters, for sure, but first and foremost, a goalkeeper must be good with his hands. And mentally strong, which is my real strength.”
