Football star Cristiano Ronaldo is officially entering the world of video games once again. However, this time it`s not in a typical football simulator, but rather in a fighting game where characters engage in hand-to-hand combat. The Portuguese champion has been announced as a fighter in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, scheduled for release on April 24th.
This news has surprised both his fans and enthusiasts of the renowned SNK saga, which is making a comeback to consoles after 25 years since its last installment. Alongside iconic characters like Terry Bogard and Rock Howard, Cristiano Ronaldo will be featured, as revealed in an official trailer released by Ronaldo himself. The trailer, titled `CR7 Unleashed,` showcases Ronaldo battling opponents, utilizing a football for dribbling maneuvers and bicycle kicks to execute combos. His signature `Siuu` celebration will also be incorporated as part of his ultimate move in the game.
