His mandate is notably broad. Comolli will serve as Juventus`s representative across all major footballing bodies, including the Serie A League, FIGC, UEFA, FIFA, and ECA. He possesses significant authority regarding transfer market operations, being empowered to sign player contracts independently up to 45 million euros, and jointly with others up to 75 million euros. His duties will also cover managing relationships with agents, overseeing player registrations, and handling internal disciplinary matters. Commercially, he will have oversight of sponsorships, television rights, marketing activities, and the protection of the brand`s intellectual property, with joint signing power for deals up to 50 million euros.
Furthermore, Comolli will hold decision-making authority over the hiring and dismissal of sporting staff and will be responsible for managing procedures related to the recruitment and entry of foreign athletes.
