Capello: "Alla Juve ci sono dirigenti che non hanno idee chiare"

Speaking at `Il Foglio a San Siro`, Fabio Capello, former coach of Juventus and Milan among others, also discussed the difficult situation of both Juventus and Milan. According to `TMW`, he stated: `At Milan and Juventus, there isn`t a strong club structure behind the teams; there are directors who lack clear ideas. There`s no clear thinking, no unity. The most crucial aspect is player selection. If you can`t choose players who are fit to wear the Milan or Juventus jersey, it means you`re unable to evaluate them personally and technically.`

`The importance of strong leadership? It`s essential to understand the circumstances; fans want to see a certain commitment to the shirt. These are things that haven`t been seen at either Juve or Milan.`
