`Leonardo

Cagliari forward Leonardo Pavoletti recently gave an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport, offering his views on Italian football.

When asked about the strongest Italian striker currently, Pavoletti stated:

«Today Retegui is the strongest. After him, I`d name Scamacca and Kean, who I think was criticized excessively, but it was clear he possessed quality. However, `Robi` is also progressing steadily…»

Regarding the potential winner of the Scudetto, he commented:

«Having played in Naples would lead me to say Napoli, but I`m torn because Barella and Acerbi are close friends [who play for Inter].»
