Journalist Enzo Bucchioni, speaking on Radio Sportiva, commented on the varying difficulty levels for coaches across different leagues. He suggested that for some managers, coaching in Serie A might surprisingly be easier than in lower divisions, citing Andrea Pirlo`s experience at Sampdoria as an example.
Bucchioni highlighted that Antonio Conte is particularly eager to test himself in the Champions League and demonstrate his capability to win in European competitions. He noted that this ambition is a sentiment also strongly held by Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
According to Bucchioni, Napoli has already reached the stature of Italy`s top clubs, a fact underscored by their achievement of winning two Scudetti titles in three years. He stated that the subsequent major goal for the Naples-based side is to achieve success in the Champions League as well.
