Regarding Juventus` dismissal of Thiago Motta, how do you assess this decision by the Bianconeri management?
“Of course, I am not privy to the internal conflicts and issues that developed within the Juventus dressing room, but it`s clear that many players did not develop a good rapport with the new coach. A united and cohesive group never materialized. Thiago Motta arrived at Juventus aiming to replicate his management style and gameplay approach from Bologna, but Juventus is a different environment. At Juventus, you must provide greater certainty, from the choice of captain to player positioning on the field. You cannot make changes every game; you need to provide stability.”
